Job Summary
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations for a small, high-performing warehouse team in Carrollton, TX. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing shipping, receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, warehouse safety, and team performance. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-focused, detail-oriented, and willing to work alongside the team to maintain operational efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, packing, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Prioritize and coordinate incoming and outgoing orders to ensure timely and accurate processing
- Monitor inventory levels, cycle counts, and inventory discrepancies
- Maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanners, and handheld devices to support operational accuracy
- Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce operational costs
Team Leadership
- Lead, train, coach, and support a warehouse team of 3–5 employees
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and accountability
- Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
- Maintain strong communication across warehouse and office teams
Equipment & Safety
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety procedures
- Conduct regular safety meetings and maintain a clean, organized warehouse
- Coordinate preventative maintenance and report equipment issues promptly
Required Experience
- 5+ years of warehouse operations experience
- 2+ years of warehouse supervisory or team lead experience
- Experience managing shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse workflows
- Experience working in fast-paced warehouse environments
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Experience in small-team warehouse operations
- Experience with inventory audits and cycle counting
- Experience improving warehouse processes and workflow efficiency
Required Skills
- Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Proficiency operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse material handling equipment
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and shipping/receiving procedures
